Technically, Morten Harket, Norwegian romantic with his tight blue jeans and blow-dried hair, and 80s bandmates Magne Furuholmen and Paul Waaktaar- Savoy, have been playing more or less continuously since a-ha’s mid-80s heyday, both as a band and solo. Together they have sold in excess of 30 million albums, making them the most successful Norwegian export since the longboat. Yet this year’s album, Foot of the Mountain — their ninth — is a return to the sort of music you want them to make: classy Scandi synth pop, camp as a Christmas tree. But of course, it’s that imperious riff from Take on Me that we’re all waiting to hear.
We have 100 pairs of tickets to see Aha at the iTunes Festival on Friday 24 July at the Roundhouse in Camden.

4. The Event may be filmed, so Winners may be recorded and filmed, and have their voices and likenesses used in recordings and films for commercial purposes on a worldwide royalty free basis.
5. The management reserve the right to refuse admission to the Venue.
6. Neither APPLE (UK) LIMITED or the London Evening Standard will be liable in the event that the advertised artist or the Event itself is cancelled.
7. Winners must comply with all rules and regulations of the Venue. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
